DRY LAND OFF-SEASON TRAINING

WE HELP PLAYERS IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL ABILITIES FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.

EACH SESSION WILL BE FOCUSED ON IMPROVING:

  • GENERAL STRENGTH (LOWER, CORE & UPPER BODY);

  • AGILITY (QUICK FEET, SPEED & COORDINATION);

  • INJURY PREVENTION;

  • EXPLOSIVENESS;

  • CONDITIONING (CARDIO).

INDIVIDUAL & TEAM TRAININGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS.
