2026-27 Tekkers Elite Winter Girls Program

The Tekkers Elite Girls Program is our top development environment for the most promising female players in our community. Run in partnership with Tekkers, the program brings together a small, hand-selected group of athletes who have shown exceptional skill, work ethic and potential, and gives them the training they need to reach the next level.

Each session builds technical mastery under pressure: first touch, ball manipulation, 1v1 attacking and defending, passing range, and finishing. Players also work on speed, agility, coordination and decision-making, and are grouped by ability so every athlete is challenged at the right level. Sessions are led by our top Tekkers coaches with experience developing players for competitive and high-performance pathways.

The program is built to complement, not replace, players’ club team commitments. It gives top girls extra high-quality training time with peers at their level, in an environment designed around how girls develop.
